Liability Waiver

During our sessions, we will only provide instruction that we are qualified to give, and we will use all reasonable care and skill. Your well-being is at the center of everything we do. 

 

However, any information or guidance we provide is not a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis, or medical treatment of your doctor or healthcare provider. 

 

Please do not rely on any information or guidance we provide to you as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or healthcare provider and we expressly exclude all responsibility, and shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in our sessions or your reliance on any information or guidance we provide to you.

 

If you have any specific questions or concerns about any medical matter, you should consult your doctor or healthcare provider as soon as possible. If you think you may be suffering from any medical condition, you should seek immediate medical attention from your healthcare provider. Do not delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment because of information or guidance we provide to you. 

 

You acknowledge that any form of exercise contains a degree of risk. It is recommended that you check with your GP or healthcare provider before you start any new exercise programme. In particular, if you are (or might be) pregnant, you acknowledge that this has its own inherent risks and by taking part in our session, you confirm that you have been given permission by your GP or other healthcare provider to practice and you do not know of any reason why you should not take part in our session. 

 

Nothing in our sessions should cause you to experience any pain. If you experience pain from any of the activities, you should stop immediately. 

 

We shall provide you with a variety of alternative positions during our session, and it is your responsibility to listen to your body and not to push it beyond its limits. You should stop whenever you wish, especially if you experience any discomfort.
