All memberships are suitable for all dancing levels. Each level offers something different, but the fundamentals are the same: - strength & conditioning specifically designed for Irish dancers - mindset tools to keep your focused and present - wellness and recovery techniques to keep you moving well
Yes! All memberships are designed to be flexible and accessible—so you can train wherever life takes you. We understand that schedules can be busy and unpredictable, which is why our programs are built to support training on the go. Access your on-demand content from any mobile device or laptop, whether you're at home, in the studio, or traveling. For Strength & Conditioning sessions, we recommend having a clear space to move and access to some or all of the suggested equipment for optimal results. For all group training sessions and 1:1 calls, you will need access to Zoom -- links will be sent directly to you.
Our memberships are suitable for dancers of any age. It's never too early or too late to enhance your dancing experience. That being said, our courses are designed with championship and prizewinner dancers in mind, we recommend your dancer have danced for a minimum of 2 years before joining. We want to ensure you have a solid dancing background to build on.
How do I upgrade my membership?
How do I attend live classes? What if I can't make it but want to do it later?
I've purchased my membership, how do I access the content?
You can upgrade your membership at any time. To upgrade, please contact us and we will walk you through the process. Send an email with the subject "UPGRADE" to stretchxstrengthen@gmail.com
Live Group Training Sessions will take place at regular intervals based upon the membership option you choose. Once inside our courses, you will find booking links that give you a schedule and options to book classes. All live classes will be recorded and available for 7 days after the class is done. You will be send the recording via the course page.
To access membership on-demand material you will first need to purchase a membership plan. Once your membership plan is purchased, create an account using your email or google account. Once inside the member zone, navigate to "My Programs" and all your content will be waiting! Content unlocks sequentially to help you keep on track with your training. Complete content at your own pace to unlock new chapters.
How much time should I dedicate to training each week?
All programs are designed to be self-paced so you can work at a pace that suits your schedule. That being said, just as in dance, the more quality practices and dedicated time you can spend on something, the better you become at it. We recommend aiming for 1-3 hours per week to dedicate to learning and practicing curriculum activities and videos. You will have S&C sessions at regular intervals but we recommend adding 1-2 more training sessions at home on your own. We will discuss with you a training plan that suits your goals and needs.
