6-week plan to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and return to class and competition injury-free
Service Description
This 6-week training plan is designed to help dancers safely and confidently return to class and competition after injury. Each session includes 30 minutes of targeted movement, creating a balanced approach to recovery and performance. You’ll rebuild strength, stamina, and power through conditioning, plyometrics, and dance-specific exercises that gradually restore your body’s resilience. We'll use specific strategies such as somatics and ideokinesis to help foster a sense of stability and security in your movements. The program is structured to progress week by week, ensuring steady improvement without overwhelming your body. By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more prepared, and ready to step back into class and onto the competition stage with clarity and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 12 hours' notice via email to Mac or Maria or by changing your booking online. Mac & Maria reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions with sufficient notice.
